What Pheri is

Pheri connects you with shops in your village bazaar and with local riders who bring your order to you. Shops sell the goods; riders deliver them; Pheri runs the app and the fees.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in email to yourself and give accurate contact details and directions, because a real person will try to find your door.

Orders and payment

• Menu orders show the price before you order. Written-list orders are bought by the rider at the shop’s price, and you pay that bill plus Pheri’s fees.
• You pay in cash at the door unless you agreed another method with us. Only hand over your 4-digit code when your order is in your hand.
• You can cancel free of charge until the shop accepts or a rider starts shopping.
• If something is missing, wrong or late, use Get help on the order and we’ll sort it out with you.

Pheri Plus

Plus is a monthly membership paid from your Pheri credit. It switches on at once and lasts the number of days shown in the app. It doesn’t renew by itself.

Riders and shops

Anyone 18 or over can start riding or open a shop from the app. New accounts start with limits (smaller orders, fewer jobs a day) that lift after good deliveries. Riders are independent: they pay the shop at pickup, collect cash from the customer, and keep the delivery fee and tips. Shops are responsible for what they sell, including food safety and prices.

Pheri credit

Riders and shops keep prepaid Pheri credit. After each delivered order, Pheri’s fee is taken from it (shown in the app before you start). Credit can go a little below zero; below that, you can’t take orders until you top up. Credit is not cash, can’t be withdrawn, and is used only inside Pheri. New riders and shops get starter credit once per phone number.

Automatic rules

Orders a shop doesn’t accept in time are cancelled, and a shop that misses two in a day is closed until the owner opens it again. Orders no rider takes in time are cancelled without charge. Accounts with low ratings or several open reports are paused automatically until we’ve talked to the person. Pheri may also remove anyone who breaks these terms or makes people feel unsafe.

Behaviour

No abuse, threats, fake orders or fraud. Report problems from any order. Reported accounts may be suspended while we check.

Liability

We work hard to keep orders on time and correct, but Pheri is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
