Give the rider the cash and your four-digit code. No card, no wallet, nothing to top up.

No menu? Write a list.

The mart, the bakery and the general store don’t need an app. You write what you need, in Urdu or English. A rider buys it, ticks each line as you watch, enters the real bill, and brings it home.

Questions

Where does Pheri deliver?

Wherever a shop near you is on Pheri: you see every shop within about 10 km by road. It started in one village bazaar and opens in a new place as soon as someone there opens a shop.

Pheri isn’t in my village. Can I bring it?

Yes. Download the app and open your shop, or ask a shop you like to. Riders in your village can start the same day. Nobody needs our permission.

How do I pay?

Cash at the door. You see the exact total before you order. For a written list you pay the shop’s real bill plus the fees, and nothing else.

What if the shop has no menu?

Write a list, the way you’d tell your cousin. A rider buys it, ticks off each thing as you watch, enters the real bill, and brings it.

What is the four-digit code for?

It’s on your order screen. Give it to the rider only when your order is in your hand, so nobody can mark an order delivered when it isn’t.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free, until the shop accepts or the rider starts shopping.

How much is delivery?

It depends on how far you are from the shop: Rs 40 for next door, up to Rs 150 for the far end of the village. You see the exact fee before you order.

I run a shop. What does it cost?

Pheri keeps 7% of menu orders and nothing on written-list orders. No sign-up fee, no tablet to buy: it runs on your phone. You open the shop yourself and start with Rs 300 of Pheri credit.

How do riders and shops pay Pheri?

From Pheri credit. Top it up in the app by card, bank or mobile wallet, or pay cash at any Pheri shop and they send credit to your number. Pheri’s small cut comes out automatically after each delivery.

How do I start riding?

Download the app and tap Ride with Pheri. No interview, no waiting. New riders take smaller jobs, one at a time, until ten good deliveries. Delivery fees and tips are yours; Pheri keeps 10% of the fee from your credit.
