Delete your Pheri account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Pheri and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete everything.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email Show email address from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Pheri account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in and email, name, phone number, address, directions and map pin, your ratings and reports, push token, and any rider or shop access. A shop you owned is unlinked from your account.

What stays

Past orders stay without your name, phone, address or list text, because shops and riders need the amount and date to settle cash. Backups roll off within 30 days.
